Letters to the editor: California needs great developments for homeless and substance

To the manager: Efficient effectively decrease the homeless crisis, we have more interesting than the smart living houses or shelter than“United States ‘Home’ Home ‘Home’ Home ‘Home’ homeless model.” May 13) We need to develop a large institute (lack of the best word) and campuses that can solve coordination and mental health issues and psychological health issues.

A few items of the things that the government can be a significant hospital and housing association at the end of grape and household individuals need to take care of the attention. Open an university near the university to focus on the career in medical, mental health, professional health, professional health, professional treatment and more. A friend with big companies that have close warehouses and complement centers to have centers to provide job training to residents. Subsidiary to the nearest backfield and Tyjun Ranch to live in the field.

As they say: “If you make, they will come.” It may require some compression (confidently, challenge to enforce legislators and laws), but hard times are asking for difficult measures. And it’s hard time.
