How big change is that I saw in the industry?

The biggest challenge that I am facing in industry to hire and do with the first lines and the first lines – a matter we are still serious. This entered the role of human resource roll in COVID 19S height, while we have to create some difficult decisions to protect business. These decisions, although it is necessary to influence the largest number of our team and was specified by the most difficult period for all of us. Reconstruction of this word and was a great commitment to return confidence in industry. Although it is great to attract talents and they are still continuous challenge – all industry must protect our industry for the future.

In the menu Aviation, we started a number of initiatives to reach this issue. For example, we believe that the university’s representation in this industry is focusing on increasing the university.

What is the most wonderful place you’ve been to work?

In my role, I’m very lucky to travel to many beautiful places, and I see different cultures, like Pakistan, like Pakistan like Pakistan. Only the last week is a pleasure to visit our operations in Klajarara and Kinkin in Mexico. What these spaces are not only the same places, but people. Thank you for their motivation and their honor and thank you for their support and enthusiasm and the flight industry. This is a real optionary – and I felt very fortunate to experiment.

What best advice did you receive?
