From November 11-13, 2025, the global logistics industry will gather at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The focus will be on the future of global supply chains: Logistics America and Air Cargo America, together with the American Cargo Project, will bring together exhibitors from 18 countries and five global regions, highlighting the global importance of the trade show.

Creating multimodal transport and closed supply chains. Transportation Logistics, Project Cargo & Air Cargo America is the leading trade show for logistics, mobility, information technology and supply chain management in the US. The exhibit will be opened with a ceremony by Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniela Lewin-Cava (invited), German Consul General Christopher Berger, and other prominent political and business leaders.
A special feature this year: For the first time, Project Cargo America will highlight innovations and best practices in heavy and bulk cargo transportation.

Focus on intermodal with strong air freight presence
The exhibit occupies Halls C and D of the Miami Beach Convention Center and covers an area of ​​more than 5,000 square meters (more than 50,000 square feet), and will showcase innovative solutions to meet the challenges of global logistics networks. Every mode of transport and every link in the supply chain is represented – from air, sea and rail to road and digital logistics. Exhibitors include companies of all sizes, from large corporations to startups.
While the air freight sector remains the core of the event with its popular conference programme, road, rail and maritime transport service and technology providers now represent half of all exhibitors. In addition, digitization takes center stage: one in five exhibitors will exhibit innovations in IT, IT and data-driven logistics.
A truly international group
North America represented the largest share of exhibitors at 55%, including companies from the United States, Canada and Mexico. Central and South America accounts for about 7%, with participants from Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay. It is followed by Europe with 23%, and includes exhibitors from France, Germany, Sweden, Turkey and the UK, while Asia makes up another 15%, representing Uzbekistan, China, Hong Kong, India and the United Arab Emirates. Overall, the exhibitors truly represent the global market.
Strong audience growth and high level of audience
Visitor registration is higher than previous editions, with numbers already surpassing the last event three weeks before the opening day. Preliminary data shows a high proportion of C-level executives and key decision-makers in the industry. Most registrations are traditionally done in the days leading up to and following the event. Entry to the international trade fair and high-level conference program, which consists of 19 sessions over two stages, is free to attend. The show continues to attract a strong international audience, with a large percentage of attendees traveling from outside the United States.
